Worship includes a special Children’s Message and activity packets for children.

Upcoming Events 

• Beach Service Beginning on Sunday, July 7, we will offer an 8:00 a.m. Beach Service during July and August at Middletown’s Third Beach (Third Beach Road entrance). This is a very informal style of worship, so bring a beach chair or blanket/towel, apply sunscreen and dress casually. In case of rain, the service will be canceled until the next week. All ages and faith connections are welcome!

• Joint Church Service/Potluck – Calvary has invited the congregation of PUMC to a joint service and potluck on Sunday, July 27th at 10am. A sign up sheet will be sent around – please plan to bring a side dish or dessert to share.

• Calvary Yard Sale – Calvary UMC is having a yard sale on Sat, July 26th. They will be accepting donations after July 13th.

• Pastoral Emergency Care Coverage - From June 30 to July 27, I will be away for two weeks of family vacation, one week of study leave, and one week of spiritual leave. During this time, Pastor Laurie and Pastor Minchang Lee will provide coverage for pastoral emergencies.

• Clements Receipts – just a reminder that the church benefits financially when you turn in your Clements Receipts (all locations accepted). Please put them in the envelope outside the church office (NOT THE FELLOWSHIP HALL)

• Calvary/PUMC Candy Cane Bazaar – We will be collaborating with Calvary for the annual Bazaar. The Bazaar has been scheduled for Sat, Nov 8 from 9am-2pm. PUMC will benefit financially from this event

• Vacation Bible School – Calvary UMC will be having their VBS program August 4-9 from 9am-1145am. For registration information please contact Calvary at 401-847-6181

• Church Directory – We are in the process of creating a new church directory. If you would like to be in the directory please send Chris Farley your information to farleyhomes@gmail.com. There is also a list at the church to fill in your information. We need the following information:
